Sharon's "After Thanksgiving Casserole"

“After Thanksgiving casserole.”

Place anywhere from an 1/2 inch to an inch of dressing in the bottom of the dish.

Place a layer of turkey covering the dressing.

Next pour gravy over the turkey and cover with a layer of mashed potatoes.

Cover the dish with tin foil and place in the refrigerator.

You now have dinner for the next day. You can place in the oven to heat the whole casserole or dish some out onto a plate and heat in the microwave for one serving.
